Kennedy & Sons Structural Solutions is a 3 generation, Christian family ethics company that has been helping homeowners and commercial property owners protect and repair their most valuable investments since 1945. As a third-generation family-owned company, we provide industry-leading solutions in foundation repair, waterproofing, crawlspace repair, concrete lifting, structural repair, crack correction, LintelLift garage opening repair systems, decorative concrete resurfacing, pool deck restoration, and KennedyKourts premium sports court systems.
Our company is growing rapidly throughout North Alabama and Southern Tennessee, and we are seeking motivated, professional sales consultants who enjoy helping homeowners solve real problems.
This is not a high-pressure sales position. We are looking for trusted advisors who can inspect properties, educate customers, and recommend the proper solution.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners on company-provided appointments
Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, garages, drainage issues, concrete surfaces, and structural concerns
Diagnose problems and recommend solutions
Prepare proposals and estimates
Follow up with customers
Maintain accurate CRM records
Work closely with engineering, operations, and production teams
Represent Kennedy & Sons professionally in the field

Valid driver’s license
Professional appearance

Comfortable speaking with homeowners
Ability to climb ladders and enter crawlspaces when necessary
Basic understanding of residential construction
Ability to learn technical structural concepts
Self-motivated and organized
Basic computer skills
