Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and electronic concerns
- Perform engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and other major repairs
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer standards
- Use diagnostic equipment, technical information, and service procedures effectively
- Document findings and repair recommendations clearly
- Communicate with service advisors and management when additional repairs are needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Help support and guide less-experienced technicians when needed
Qualifications
- At least three years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealership experience is a plus
- Stellantis certifications are preferred but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Ability to perform major mechanical repairs independently
- Must provide appropriate hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
