Full-Time Nurse – LPN

Job Description:
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN or RN to provide care for a patient in the school setting. This is a full-time position with scheduled shifts on Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- Experience working in a home health or home care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled patient care following the plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and document patient condition accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Complete clinical notes in their entirety.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home.
Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
