Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure reliability and safe operation of all industrial equipment
- Improve efficiency of equipment and processes
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance systems
- Manage repairs and installations
- Lead, guide, and mentor maintenance team
- Be a role model for safety, positive morale, and strong work ethic
Requirements include
- Experience managing maintenance in manufacturing facility
- Skilled with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical repairs
- Proven leadership skills
Pay: $78,154.66 - $105,000.00 per year
