Joes mission and Catholic identity and would be asked to become a vital part of the school community as well as the Fine Arts Department. The mission of the St. Joes and Trinity Band Program is to use the talent which God created in us for His glory, so that we may be partakers in the heavenly song. Teaching responsibilities could include providing students a unique opportunity to explore musicas both an art form and a means of spiritual expression.
Students will develop their musical talents, learn about the history and theory of music, and have opportunities to apply their skills through participation in liturgy, concerts, social engagements, and community events. This program is not only about learning to sing but about using ones talents to praise God and contribute meaningfully to the community. Additionally, the Band fosters teamwork, discipline, and leadership through shared experiences. This program provides students with a holistic education in both music and faith, preparing them to use their talents for both personal development and service to others.
All Trinity & St. Joes teachers are expected to be comfortable using technology as Trinity is a one-to-one school and implements Google Classroom and the FACTS management system.
