Responsibilities

- Maintain clear and thorough clinical documentation of all client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Stay informed about current trends and research in behavioral health to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards and regulatory requirements related to mental health services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
- Valid licensure or certification as required by state or local regulations for practicing mental health professionals.
- Experience working in behavioral health settings with diverse client populations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health records systems.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
