We're currently looking for a dedicated Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspector to join our successful, fast-paced team. This is a full-time position with an immediate opening for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated professional who is either experienced in fire alarm and sprinkler inspections or eager to learn. Training is available for candidates with a strong work ethic and the right mindset.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in fire alarm or sprinkler inspection is preferred, but not required
- A valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must successfully clear FBI and DOJ background checks
- Current ACE License is required (Alarm Company Employee License)
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong multitasking ability
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- NICET certification and fire alarm service experience are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled inspections of fire alarm and sprinkler systems (one-time, quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
- Accurately identify and report deficiencies; recommend repairs as needed
- Complete all required documentation, including inspection reports and work orders
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism
- Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills in the field
- Travel to residential and commercial job sites as needed
