Job Overview: Helping EVERYONE consistently experience the bijin WOW! Serve as a representative of bijin salon and spa in greeting, scheduling and servicing our external clients, along with providing support for all internal clients & service providers. This is performed in person on our retail floor and also over the phone in our call center. Our vision is to lead the beauty industry in providing a world class experience.
Required Skill Sets:
· Prior Customer Service or Hospitality Experience preferred.
· Cash management skills.
· Proficient computer skills and scheduling software is preferred, but not required.
· Attention to detail, accuracy, and having the ability to multi-task is extremely important.
· Superior communication skills when assisting all clients over the phone and in person.
· Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
· Physically capable of standing for periods of time and walking up and down stairs.
· Willingness to provide five-star service to meet and exceed client expectations; ability to accept coaching.
· Works well in team environment.
· Time management and punctuality are important.
Hours: Up to 38 hours per week (full time); Availability to work varied shifts from Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm
Benefits: $18.75 +per/hour (base pay is $16.25 plus guaranteed $2.50+ commission).
Compensation is negotiable, pending graduated level(s) of experience.
Compensation is a combination of hourly and commission. Guaranteed commission (at least $2.50/hour and up) after 30 days of employment. Additional bonus opportunities after 90 days of employment.
