Olrom Inc provides recruiting and referral services for third-party trucking companies. We are accepting applications from independent owner-operators interested in local, regional, expedited, and over-the-road load opportunities throughout the United States.
Qualified applicants may be introduced to participating trucking companies whose current transportation needs match the applicant’s vehicle, location, operating preferences, and availability.

Owner-Operator Responsibilities
When working with a participating trucking company, owner-operators may be expected to:
- Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time
- Communicate with the trucking company’s dispatch team
- Provide accurate pickup, transit, and delivery updates
- Secure and protect freight while it is in transit
- Maintain required transportation and delivery documents
- Remain responsible for accepted freight until delivery unless instructed otherwise by the trucking company
- Follow all applicable safety requirements and transportation regulations
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Own or lease a reliable, road-ready vehicle
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a safe driving record
- Carry active commercial auto and cargo insurance meeting the trucking company’s requirements
- Have a smartphone with reliable internet access
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be prepared to provide current photographs of the vehicle and cargo area
- Meet the participating trucking company’s independent-contractor and onboarding requirements
Load Opportunities
Participating trucking companies may offer:
- Local loads
- Regional loads
- Over-the-road loads
- Expedited freight opportunities
Load opportunities may be available in cities and states throughout the United States. Actual availability depends on vehicle type, location, schedule, market demand, and each participating trucking company’s current capacity.
Owner-operators may review the details and compensation for an opportunity before deciding whether to accept it.
Potential Gross Revenue
Owner-operators may generate approximately $1,000–$5,000 in gross revenue per week, depending on vehicle type, location, availability, accepted loads, market demand, and the participating trucking company.
Rates and payment terms are established by each participating trucking company and are provided before an owner-operator accepts a load.
The stated range is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Olrom Inc does not guarantee daily loads, minimum revenue, contracts, or any specific amount of work. Owner-operators are responsible for fuel, insurance, maintenance, taxes, and other operating expenses.
Recruiting Relationship
Olrom Inc is not a motor carrier and does not dispatch or transport freight. Olrom Inc reviews applicants and may refer qualified owner-operators to participating trucking companies.
Any independent-contractor agreement, load offer, dispatch communication, transportation service, or payment is handled directly between the owner-operator and the participating trucking company.
