Duties

- Utilize kitchen tools and equipment safely, including knives and ovens.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff in pizza preparation techniques and food safety practices.
Experience
- Previous experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred, particularly in pizza or fine dining establishments.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures related to pizza making.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment are highly desirable.
