Job Description:
As a CNA at Indian Beach Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Reporting any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida
- Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred but not required
