Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication processes, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. 3 day weekends!!!
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using welding techniques.
- Operate various power tools and machinery, including plasma cutters and forklifts, to complete fabrication tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Perform machining operations as needed to achieve precise dimensions.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining a safe work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.).
- Familiarity with machining processes and the ability to operate relevant machinery safely.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as cranes for lifting heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
