Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - General

Pay: $40 - $42.90 hourly
Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the General team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.
Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
- Provide speech-language pathology services as a full-time SLP
- Work 30 hours per week on a Monday through Friday schedule
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Maintain current state licensure and certifications
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
