Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of recruiting for the company and plays a critical role in ensuring we’re connected with the best possible candidates. Their focus will be to fill open positions efficiently and effectively. They will develop and execute recruitment plans using traditional and new, creative sourcing strategies as well as oversee job offers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Review incoming candidates’ resumes
- Network and engage with candidates
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Complete reference checks for candidates and provides the response to the clinical team for review
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Send recap of interviews and candidates to supervisor and relative clinical directors.
- Oversee job offers (i.e., sending out Conditional Offers of Employment to candidates)
- Ensure candidates are well-informed about their positions and job description
- Maintain communication with candidates.
- Assist new hires throughout the new hires.
- Propose new ideas to improve recruitment process and ensure there is a steady stream of incoming applicants.
- Research recruitment related initiatives.
- Assist with new hire orientation presenting company policies, HIPPA, Sexual Harassment, etc.…
Qualifications:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting (preferred)
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in an ABA therapy environment (preferred)
- Have at least 1 year of experience working with Indeed (preferred)
- Be fluent in Microsoft suite
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must be computer literate
- Must be well organized
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Must have the ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines
- Must be an excellent team player
- Must have the ability to problem solve/be a self-starter
