Job Summary
We are seeking passionate, certified Pilates Instructors to join our growing team. You will teach small-group classes and/or private sessions using Pilates reformers, deliver exceptional client care, and contribute to our supportive, community-focused studio culture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health, wellness, and functional movement through expert instruction in Pilates. This role involves designing and leading engaging classes tailored to diverse client needs, fostering a motivating environment, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness community. Candidates with experience in small-group fitness, and personal training are encouraged to apply. A strong background in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics is essential for delivering safe and effective workouts.
Duties
- Lead Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Develop customized program designs and provide individualized cueing, modifications, and progressions for all fitness levels.
- Educate clients on proper form, breathing techniques, and injury prevention.
- Motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a positive environment.
- Support studio operations (scheduling, cleanliness, equipment care).
- Promote fitness programs and services to increase participation and retention.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to improve instructional skills.
Experience
- Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited organization is required.
- Prior experience teaching Pilates or other group fitness classes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics is essential for effective program design.
- Strong verbal cueing and hands-on adjustment skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $52.00 per hour
