Job Overview:
Ocean 7 Hotel is seeking a SEASONAL skilled and experienced Custodial/Maintenance worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing public areas such as the lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and elevators.
-Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
-Emptying trash and recycling bins.
-Cleaning windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.
-Assisting with deep cleaning of guest rooms as needed.
-Performing light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and making minor repairs.
-Reporting maintenance issues that require specialized repairs.
-Maintaining outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas.
-Following safety procedures and properly handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
-Responding promptly to guest and staff requests related to cleanliness or minor maintenance.
-Helping maintain compliance with hotel cleanliness and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
