Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a positive experience while taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or fine dining settings.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, while managing inventory levels through proper time management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering or banquet events, ensuring timely service and seamless coordination.
Qualifications
- Must be a Male with 6 months to 1 year experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality environment; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate billing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
