Patient Success Center – Patient Conversion Specialist

Higginbotham Family Dental is launching a centralized Patient Success Center designed to improve how we connect patients to care across our multi-location dental organization. This team plays a critical role in converting patient inquiries into scheduled treatment, improving access to care, and helping patients understand their financial and treatment options.
We are seeking confident, assertive, and goal-driven individuals who excel in communication, relationship-building, and phone-based consultation. This is not a traditional receptionist role—this is a patient conversion and support role focused on outcomes and performance.
What You’ll Do
As a Patient Conversion Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding patients from initial contact to scheduled treatment by:
- Answering inbound calls, web leads, and missed calls
- Converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
- Educating patients on treatment needs and urgency
- Presenting membership savings options and explaining value
- Assisting patients with financing pre-qualification options
- Following up with unscheduled or inactive patients
- Supporting multiple locations with scheduling coordination
- Creating a professional, reassuring patient experience that builds trust

- Persuasive in a professional, patient-focused way
Preferred backgrounds:
- Sales or inside sales roles
- Call center or phone-based customer service
- Hospitality or high-end customer service
- Banking, insurance, or financial services
- Retail management or performance-driven environments
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
