Location: Middleburg Heights Ohio
Pay Rate: $60/hr to $65/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Experience: Minimum 2 years required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a night-shift contract opportunity in Ohio. This role supports labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care, with floating to postpartum as needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong OB nursing experience, travel experience, and the ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced maternal-child health setting.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to clinical changes
Support deliveries, newborn care, patient education, and family-centered care
Float to postpartum as needed based on unit needs
Document care accurately and collaborate with the OB and newborn care team
Requirements
Active Ohio Registered Nurse License Required
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
BLS, NRP, And STABLE Certifications Required
NICU or Level II Special Care Nursery training preferred
