We're creating a brand-new Warehouse Operations Coordinator role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and connecting people across the business. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the position while working alongside Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, and our Warehouse team to strengthen communication, documentation and operational workflow.

What You'll Own
Documentation & Customer Support
Own the documentation that moves with every order.
· Own the Material Test Report (MTR) process from receipt through customer delivery.
· Prepare complete customer documentation packages.
· Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and accompanies material throughout the order lifecycle.
· Own the administrative coordination of the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process from initiation through resolution.
· Maintain complete operational documentation and records.
Warehouse Operations Coordination
Own the flow of information between the warehouse and office.
· Own the receiving documentation process.
· Verify receiving documentation matches material received before information is entered into company systems.
· Communicate receiving status and inventory availability to Purchasing & Expediting.
· Coordinate inventory pulls and shipment priorities.
· Track inbound and outbound deliveries.
· Serve as the communication hub between the warehouse, purchasing, sales, and accounting teams.
· Help ensure customer commitments are met through accurate information and timely communication.
Inventory Administration
Maintain visibility into inventory accuracy.
· Coordinate inventory cycle count activities.
· Track and investigate inventory discrepancies.
· Research inventory exceptions and coordinate resolution with the appropriate department.
· Maintain inventory-related reports and operational visibility.
Operations Support & Continuous Improvement
Help improve how Fox operates.
· Own the accuracy of operational reports and tracking information.
· Maintain accurate information within company systems.
· Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation, and communication.
· Recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
· Help ensure company systems accurately reflect what's happening in the warehouse.
· Assist with special operational projects as business needs to evolve.

Work Environment
- Primarily based in our warehouse with a dedicated office workspace.
- Frequent movement between the warehouse floor and office throughout the day.
- Regular interaction with warehouse personnel, drivers, vendors, and office staff.
- While this is not a warehouse labor position, it is an operational role. You'll regularly be on the warehouse floor verifying documentation, supporting receiving and shipping activities, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating operational information.
- Must be comfortable working in an active warehouse environment, walking the warehouse throughout the day, and occasionally lifting boxes or documentation as needed.
What We're Looking For
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or certificate in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Distribution, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse administration, inventory control, customer service, or a related coordination role is preferred. Recent graduates with relevant education, internships, or demonstrated organizational experience are encouraged to apply.
- 1 year of experience in a lead role preferred but not required.
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
