We are seeking a Spa Concierge who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, and takes pride in delivering impeccable service.
As the first and last impression of our spa, you'll play an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience while supporting the daily operations of our award-winning practice.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage incoming calls, emails, text messages, and appointment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
- Guide clients through our treatment offerings and skincare recommendations with confidence
- Coordinate check-in and check-out while ensuring every visit runs seamlessly
- Maintain an organized, polished, and guest-ready reception area at all times
- Anticipate client needs and consistently exceed expectations through thoughtful, detail-oriented service
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure an exceptional client experience from beginning to end
Qualifications
- A polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, medical aesthetics, or luxury retail preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role; spa industry experience is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- A genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and luxury client experiences
