Shift: 2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 2 pm to 10:30 pm (Every weekend off)
Overtime- Voluntary overtime available!
Pay Structure- Starting pay $20- after 30 days- $21- Once hired on full time- $22.50 an hour- Weekly pay

Position Summary:
Our client in Erlanger is seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of machine operating experience preferred, or individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Load and unload materials into machines.
- Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as instructed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges when required.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 1 year of machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Experience using basic measuring tools.
