Superb Sushi has been providing premium sushi catering services in Hawaii since 1985. We specialize in off-premise sushi catering for corporate events, private parties, weddings, and special occasions. We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities
-Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, temaki, futomaki, and special rolls.
-Cut and prepare fish with precision and consistency.
-Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
-Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary workplace.
-Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Communicate and work well with the team during events and production.
Qualifications
-Strong knife skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
-Experienced preparing sushi for high-volume production or catering preferred.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Positive attitude and strong work ethics.
-Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
-Friendly and professional team environment.
Compensation
-$25-$41 per hour

Schedule: 5-6 hours, 3PM-4PM start time
