IPP Manager
Responsibilities
Integrated Program Plan
· Develop and maintain the Integrated Program Plan (IPP) using Microsoft Project.
· Build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule across all program workstreams.
· Establish and maintain schedule logic, dependencies, milestones, baselines, and critical path.
· Continuously update the schedule as engineering decisions and program priorities evolve.
Cross-Workstream Integration:
· Conduct recurring planning sessions with Infrastructure, Technology, Facilities, Construction, OEMs, Vendors, and Operations to understand their work activities, dependencies
· Capture and integrate all workstream activities into a single integrated master plan
· Validate predecessor/successor relationships across workstreams.
· Ensure alignment of milestones, deliverables, and readiness gates.
· Identify schedule gaps and integration issues
Critical Path & Schedule Analysis
· Perform ongoing critical path analysis.
· Identify schedule risks and near-critical activities.
· Conduct schedule impact assessments and "what-if" scenario analysis.
· Recommend mitigation strategies and alternative sequencing options.
· Evaluate schedule impacts resulting from engineering or scope changes.
Program Controls
· Maintain schedule baselines and change history.
· Track milestone achievement and schedule performance.
· Produce executive dashboards and milestone reports.
· Maintain planning assumptions, dependencies, action items, and decision logs.
· Support executive governance through factual schedule reporting.
Ability Support Program Lead
· Facilitate integrated planning workshops.
· Lead dependency planning sessions.
· Support executive governance meetings with schedule analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
Program Planning
· 8+ years of program planning
· Experience supporting large cross-functional program – any industry – on any type of infrastructure, construction, or technology transformation program
· Experience building Integrated Master Schedules containing thousands of activities and dependencies
· Demonstrated experience integrating multiple workstreams into a single executable program
Microsoft Project Expertise
Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project application including:
· Integrated Master Scheduling
· Dependency management
· Resource loading and leveling
· Critical path analysis
· Baselines
· Schedule forecasting
· Custom reporting
· Schedule optimization
Analytical Skills
· Exceptional systems-thinking capability
· Ability to identify downstream impacts of schedule changes
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to challenge schedule assumptions and validate planning logic
· Comfortable working with incomplete information and evolving requirements
Communication Skills
· Clearly explain schedule facts and critical path impacts
· Present complex schedule information to executive leadership
· Facilitate planning and dependency workshops (create agendas, guide discussion)
· Build credibility with engineering, operations, and business leaders
· Translate technical schedule data into executive-level decision support
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
