As a Park & Daycare Attendant, you’ll be responsible for supervising dog playgroups, ensuring the safety and well-being of both dogs and guests, maintaining a clean facility, and providing exceptional customer service.
Available Positions
- Full-Time 32-38 hours (Weekdays & Weekends)
- Part-Time 20-30 hours (Weekends Only & Weekdays as needed)
Typical Shift Times
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Occasional weekday morning coverage may be required
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage dog playgroups safely and effectively
- Monitor canine behavior and intervene appropriately when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to park and daycare guests
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment through regular cleaning and disinfecting tasks
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Assist with dog check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-growing business environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional dog daycare, kennel, dog handling, or similar experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Thorough understanding of canine body language and group play dynamics
- Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
