Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Autism Assist Day Program to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Manage staff recruitment, supervision, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, community organizations, and funding agencies to enhance collaboration and support networks
- Oversee program budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to sustain organizational growth and stability
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and best practices in behavioral health and social work
- Lead efforts in community outreach to raise awareness about the program’s services and expand its impact
Experience
- Proven management experience leading nonprofit or community-based programs focused on developmental disabilities or behavioral health
- Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and evaluation within social work or related fields
- Supervising experience with staff teams in a dynamic environment that requires strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of budgeting processes, financial management, and administrative oversight
- Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to understand their unique needs and goals
- Exceptional relationship management skills to foster partnerships with families, community agencies, and stakeholders
- Background in social work or related fields is highly desirable for understanding client-centered approaches

Pay: $57,767.39 - $69,569.33 per year
