The Role
As a Seasonal Production Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us bring our mission to life. This includes all tasks involved in the production of ice cream while following standard operating procedures for food safety and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and safely fill the final product into appropriate cartons.
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to their corresponding products and packages.
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist in other areas and departments of the plant as needed.
About You
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have punctual, predictable, and reliable attendance
- Are cooperative and able to take direction
- Are customer service driven
- Have good teamwork skills
- Can work quickly and methodically
- Can concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
- Can remain in a stationary position (standing) 100% of shift.
- Can constantly lift ingredients and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Are Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus)
Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus, but your attitude and alignment with our values matter most.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
