Job Overview
NOW HIRING: Multi-Unit Front of House Trainer. The Pan Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Front of House Trainer to support our teams across 7 locations. We're looking for a hospitality professional with a strong restaurant background who is passionate about training, developing employees, and implementing company standards and procedures. This position will travel between locations to ensure consistency in service, operations, and the overall guest experience. Must be able to work AM/PM shifts and every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Train all Front of House team members, including Hosts, Servers, Bussers, Food Runners, Cashiers, and Bartenders.]
- Travel between all 7 locations to provide hands-on training and coaching. Implement and reinforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist with onboarding and development of new employees.
- Conduct follow-up training and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality.
- Work alongside restaurant leadership to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Front of House restaurant experience.
- Multi-unit restaurant experience preferred.
- Previous training experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to teach, motivate, and inspire teams.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
