Compensation Breakdown:
- Hourly Rate: $26+ depending on experience
- Annual Range: $55K - $65K+ in 36-38 weeks (seasonal)
- Performance Bonuses: $7500 - $15K
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule:
- Full-Time (Seasonal)
- Monday to Friday. 8, 10, 12 hour shift
- Over Time

Requirements:
- 3+ years irrigation installation experience
- Ability to read plans and manage system layout
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work daily
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
Position Summary:
Grapids Irrigation is hiring an Irrigation Crew Lead to lead high-quality residential and commercial projects across West Michigan, earning $55K–$65K+ annually in a seasonal schedule with performance-based bonuses. This role is built for experienced installers who take pride in precision, efficiency, and leading crews to deliver clean, reliable systems.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead irrigation installation projects and direct daily crew activities
- Read and execute system layouts, including zoning, head placement, and pipe routing
- Operate installation equipment (trenchers, pipe pullers, etc.)
- Ensure projects meet company standards, timelines, and specifications
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Train and mentor crew members
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
