Facilities Maintenance Technician
Dependable, hands‑on Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance. Work includes general construction, painting, drywall repair, basic electrical, plumbing, and seasonal tasks like snow removal.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods
- Able to work an 8‑hour physical shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable shoveling snow for long periods
- Valid driver’s license
- Team‑oriented and able to assist with ongoing projects
- Construction experience preferred but training is available for motivated candidates.
