Orange Buick GMC is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our high-performing BDC Sales team.

What You'll Do
- Respond to internet and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Build rapport with customers through phone, email, and text communication
- Convert leads into showroom appointments
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales process
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicle availability, features, pricing, and financing options
- Accurately document customer interactions within VinSolutions CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show and sales conversion rates
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or high-volume sales call center experience preferred
- Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven ability to handle objections and secure appointments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems; VinSolutions experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Schedule
Rotating Schedule:
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Sundays)
- Rotating weekends
