What You Will Do: As a parts specialist this person will be dedicated parts director, responsible for both our internal and customer pay portion of the shop. They will assist technicians with obtaining parts for jobs. Processing and pulling parts for Parts Requests sent by techs. Ensuring parts are properly billed out on the correct RO. Handling Payment on over the counter sales. Special Ordering Parts if out of stock. Filling out special order requests for purchasing department. Giving shop and customers an ETA on out-of-stock or ordered parts. Delivering parts directly to technicians. Following through with each order along the way, to ensure customer is being handled. Fielding calls for tech support and taking orders as needed. Learning an extensive inventory of RV parts. Running a forklift to unload incoming shipments.
Our goal is to acquire someone who can assist us in setting up an Ebay and Amazon store for parts this coming year.

-Knowledge Of Ebay and Amazon Navigation And Processes -Be willing to work a flexible schedule,
-Saturdays two times a month.
-Internet/Computer Skills -Sales Skills
-RV Knowledge Preferred But Not Required
-Able To Lift 50 Lbs Qualifications:
As a Parts Specialist, you will be experienced and aware of the latest parts in the RV field. Below is a list of some factors that may enable your success in this position: Parts experience (3 Years Preferred). Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Strong attention to detail and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize, multitask and set deadlines to meet goals.
