Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our growing team in the Greater New Orleans area.
IPSC is a family-owned and operated security company that has proudly served clients since 1977. As we continue expanding into new markets across the country, we're looking for leaders who are ready to grow with us and make a lasting impact.
This is a key leadership position that supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, staffing, scheduling, administrative functions, client service, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an organized, technology-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while leading a team.

Assist with the day-to-day management of branch operations.

Support staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.

Maintain client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.

Coordinate uniforms, equipment, fleet, and operational resources.

Assist with job setup, reporting, compliance, and administrative functions.

Utilize technology and company systems to improve efficiency and support operations.

Coach, mentor, and develop employees while promoting IPSC's Core Values.

Collaborate across departments to implement new initiatives and improve processes.

Travel to job sites and branch locations as needed.

Previous management or supervisory experience (security industry preferred).

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technology and software (WinTeam experience is a plus).

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Self-starter with the initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.

Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed to support a 24/7 operation.

Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and skills assessment.

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform general office duties.
