Maintenance Technician – Findlay, OH
The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs and maintenance for a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience required.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Participation in an on-call rotation is required.
All candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle (DMV) record check. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
