Use prior experience to provide service and assistance to customers through sharing of product knowledge, answering questions, and completing retail sales transactions.

Drive repeat business through creating customer confidence, capturing customer data, and building brand loyalty.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and industry knowledge, including cannabis laws and regulation.

Check Customer IDs to ensure they meet the minimum age requirements to purchase and consume cannabis products.

Accountable for accurately utilizing point of sale system and state-required seed-to-sale system, including opening and closing registers.
- Take and fulfill customer orders, inform customers on product offerings and accept payments.

Meet any required personal sales goals.

Provide a high level of customer experience by answering questions and making recommendations based on needs and demonstrating a fluent knowledge of product offerings.
- Follow Company standard operating procedures, and state and federal laws, including protocols for safety, sanitation, customer service, and security including cash handling, locked storage of product, and recognizing risk.

Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store.

Ensure satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on increasing customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales experience.

Develop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventory.

Attend ongoing product knowledge training sessions.

Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned by Management staff.

Must be able to accommodate flexible scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday schedules.
