Job Overview
Want to learn a real trade you can build a whole career and a good living on? We'll teach you finish carpentry from the ground up, and no experience is required. You might be coming from a warehouse, a restaurant, the military, retail, or another trade. None of that matters to us. If you show up early, work hard, listen, and actually want to master a craft with your hands, we want to talk to you.
We build some of the nicest homes on the Main Line for referral clients, so the standard is high, and we'll train you to meet it. We care more about your work ethic than your résumé. We can teach skills. We can't teach drive.
What you'll be doing
- Learning finish carpentry hands-on alongside experienced carpenters: trim, built-ins, doors, cabinetry, stairs, and everything that goes into a high-end home
- Starting with the fundamentals and taking on more as you prove yourself
- Keeping a clean, organized, respectful jobsite (these are people's homes)
- Getting better every single week
The career path (this is real, not a slogan)
We built an actual ladder inside the company so you always know what "next" looks like and what it pays. You don't stay an apprentice forever. You climb:
Apprentice → Carpenter → Lead Finish Carpenter → Foreman
You advance on skill and reliability, not on how long you've been here. The people training you started somewhere too.
Pay & benefits
- $18– $30/hour
- Real raises tied to skill milestones as you move up the ladder
- 1 week PTO (after first year) / paid holidays / 401(k) with 3% matching
- Steady, year-round work. We're busy and staying busy
- Tools and training provided while you learn
What we're looking for
- Show up on time, every day, ready to work. This is the whole ballgame
- A genuine drive to learn a trade and stick with it for the long haul
- Coachable. You take direction and criticism well and don't make the same mistake twice
- Professional and respectful with clients, subs, vendors, and coworkers. You represent us on someone's property every day
- Reliable transportation to jobsites around the Main Line / Chester County area
- No experience or tools required. Just bring the work ethic
