Position Summary
The Program Administrator is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of an assigned residential behavioral health program. This position ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards, including CQL requirements.
Essential Job Functions
Program Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the residential program
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
- Monitor client needs and services
- Ensure incident reporting compliance
Staff Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Address performance concerns and corrective action
- Assist with hiring and onboarding
- Promote a positive work environment
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and CQL standards
- Monitor Therap documentation and reporting
- Maintain audit readiness
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Manage budgets and expenses
- Monitor company credit card usage
- Review timecards and attendance in ProLiant
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate with leadership and clinical staff
- Provide program updates
- Participate in meetings and audits

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 plus years’ experience in behavioral health or residential setting
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills
Licensure / Certification Requirements
- Must pass required background checks
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Drug screening and registry compliance
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Flexible work hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift as needed
