BSIE or BS and equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years experience in Continuous Process Improvement with
demonstrated success.

Experience and capability to mentor others utilizing continuous improvement tools
(e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, Standard Work, 3S, Pull Systems, 1
piece flow, 8 types of waste, kanban implementation, line balance, OEE, SMED,
brainstorming).

Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
-
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and statistical software packages
such as Minitab.

Technical experience and problem-solving skills.

Experience in leading continuous improvement events.

Work independent with little or no supervision.

Experience in statistical and mathematical analysis.
