About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator is often the first voice customers hear, making excellent phone etiquette and reception skills essential. You’ll handle a wide range of tasks, prioritize shifting needs, and support multiple departments. This role is central to maintaining our workflow, and reputation for exceptional service and dependable communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across Sales, Customer Service, Owners, and general office operations
- Answer phones with professionalism, clarity, and courtesy; ensure every caller feels valued
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests in a fast‑moving environment
- Assist with order processing, customer follow‑ups, and internal communication
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and workflow for various departments
- Prepare reports, summaries, and basic data entry
- Step in wherever needed to support daily operations — flexibility is key
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong time‑management, organization, and multi‑tasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Outstanding phone etiquette and reception skills
- Excellent communication and follow‑through is a must
- Experience in an administrative or office support role OR a degree in Business Administration
- Impeccable accuracy and attention to details
- Comfortable supporting multiple team members and departments simultaneously
- Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
- Positive, dependable, and service‑oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a small‑business environment

Work Location: In person – Berryville, VA.
Hours: M-F 8:00 – 4:30
