About the Role
As a Licensed Residential Plumbing Specialist, you will serve as a key technical expert responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex piping systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring residential infrastructure meets high-performance standards while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise installation of piping, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring all systems are pressure-tested and leak-free.

Perform structural modifications to accommodate new plumbing layouts, utilizing advanced hand and power tools.

Manage complex project planning and technical calculations to ensure efficient, high-quality system integration.

Drive customer satisfaction by diagnosing issues, proposing effective solutions, and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process.

Maintain accurate service documentation and project logs to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Achieve performance goals by delivering high-quality workmanship that minimizes the need for follow-up visits.

Install and maintain underground water and sanitary piping systems to support residential infrastructure.
Qualifications-
Active Alabama Journeyman Plumbing license and Gas Fitting Card.

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in residential plumbing.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of US driving experience.

Ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screenings.

Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in varied environments, including heights and tight spaces.

Proficiency in advanced welding techniques or specialized piping materials.

Experience with digital service management software for reporting and documentation.

Proven track record in estimating project costs and managing client contracts.
