Tree Crew Member – All Experience Levels Welcome

Whether you’re new to the industry or an experienced tree care professional, we encourage you to apply. We provide hands-on training for entry-level applicants, while experienced candidates will have opportunities to put their skills to work, take on greater responsibility, and continue advancing their careers.
What You’ll Do
- Work with the crew to safely prune, remove, and care for trees
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other professional equipment based on your training and experience
- Maintain tools and equipment so they remain safe and ready for use
- Support the team wherever needed to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Provide professional, respectful service at every customer’s property
- Perform physically demanding work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

What We’re Looking For
- Tree care experience is welcomed but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license; a clean driving record is preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the team
- Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Commitment to following established safety procedures
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
