Workforce Analytics & AI Integration

Evaluate and implement AI tools that improve HR operations and employee services.

Utilize AI and predictive analytics to identify safety risks, incident trends, and prevention opportunities.

Use AI-enabled tools to analyze benefits utilization, participation trends, and employee feedback.

Strategic Partnership

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.

Participate in strategic planning and organizational improvement initiatives.

Support organizational restructuring, job design, process improvement, and change initiatives.

Collaborate with departments to align human capital strategies with business objectives.

Lead or take part in special projects related to innovation, technology adoption, and workforce transformation.

Collaborate and assist AI- Integrator to improve work processes across the organization.
AI Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Ensure proposed People Services AI use cases are submitted through COA’s AI intake, risk assessment, and governance approval process before use.
- Identify HR AI use cases involving sensitive data, vendors, automation, or decision support that require privacy, security, compliance, legal, or vendor review.
- Maintain documentation of approved HR AI use cases, business purpose, data involved, human review steps, controls, training, testing, and sustainment plans.
- Partner with Compliance, Privacy, Security, Legal, TIS, and People Services leadership to ensure HR AI initiatives comply with COA policy, contractual obligations, privacy/security expectations, and audit readiness requirements.
- Demonstrate understanding of employee data confidentiality, minimum necessary use, role-based access, approved storage locations, and appropriate handling of sensitive HR information when using AI-enabled tools.
- Review AI-assisted HR materials for fairness, confidentiality, and COA policy compliance. Escalate concerns involving bias, discrimination, profiling, or inappropriate reliance on AI.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field required.
Experience

Three (3) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.

Experience in organizational development, talent acquisition, benefits administration, or employee relations.

Experience utilizing workforce analytics, HRIS systems, and AI-enhanced business tools.

Experience managing organizational change and cross-functional projects preferred.
