Yogurt Factory is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people to join our team!
SHIFT SUPERVISOR POSITION
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shop during assigned shifts
- Ensure that all food service and preparation activities are carried out efficiently and according to company standards
- Supervise and train staff members
-Ensure that customers receive excellent service and have a fun experience that will keep them coming back
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance
Requirements:
- Shift leader/supervisor experience
- Experience in the food industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
-Excellent customer service skills
