We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Manager of In House Marketing to join our innovative marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, engage target audiences, and generate measurable results. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of marketing reps in booking sales previews for our owners and guests
- Manage production and successfully hit targeted performance goals and objectives
- Ability to work a rotating and flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Leadership in the vacation ownership industry preferred or experience in leading teams in performance based roles
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external clients
- Proven experience managing a team
