We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role partners closely with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Production teams to enhance equipment performance, reduce costs, and ensure safe, high-quality manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Operations, and Production teams to drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Analyze production data and costs to identify opportunities for increased profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support budgeting initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Train and mentor employees on new processes, equipment, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
