We're expanding our Walk-In and Urgent Care services and looking for an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys caring for patients with acute illnesses and injuries.

Flexible Full-Time Schedule
Our urgent care clinic operates from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Team members work 3–4 twelve-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays as needed to support patient care.
This schedule provides the opportunity for multiple days off each week while delivering essential healthcare services to our communities.

What You'll Do
As an Urgent Care LPN, you'll be an essential member of a collaborative healthcare team providing same-day care for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities include:
- Triage and assess patients presenting with acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and clinical information
- Assist providers with examinations and urgent care procedures
- Administer medications, immunizations, injections, and treatments
- Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and phlebotomy
- Assist with wound care, splinting, nebulizer treatments, and other clinical procedures
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up services when needed
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Support quality and patient safety initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Current West Virginia LPN license (or compact license)
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
