In this AT&T Team Member role, you'll be the heart of our partnership with AT&T, nurturing client relationships, coordinating service activations, and ensuring every data is handled with care.
As an AT&T Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to be the welcoming voice for our clients, guiding them with care through the full suite of AT&T services. The AT&T Team Member will be the friendly expert they rely on for answers, using our tools to track their journey and ensure everything is perfectly documented.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member:
- Engage directly with customers, respond to inquiries about AT&T’s products, provide accurate information, and escalate more complex service issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service activations and account changes, ensuring visibility for campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, verify required documentation, and resolve any delays across AT&T’s platforms.
- Analyse customer usage patterns and feedback during face-to-face conversations, and recommend bundled upgrades, retention strategies or service enhancements aligned with AT&T’s roadmap and customer needs.
- Support outreach and promotional campaigns, prepare service materials, verify customer eligibility, assist with logistics of in-person campaign execution, and contribute to driving sales opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in customer service, or sales operations, ideally within telecom.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide clients through AT&T service options and resolve basic technical or account-related issues.
- Experience maintaining accurate data for account tracking, activation forecasting, and campaign performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented and dependable, able to follow structured workflows and meet performance benchmarks in fast-paced, goal-driven environments.
Pay: $22.07 - $26.58 per hour
