Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Professional Drivers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering freight efficiently and securely within designated regions, ensuring timely load & unload operations, and maintaining excellent customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics environment that values professionalism and reliability.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- Shift starts 6-7am
- Weekend work available
- Local lanes within 150-mile radius
- Regional lanes within 300-mile radius - can include 1 overnight.
- Available OTR lanes-Reefer
- Dallas /Hutchins Yard
- FTW/Saginaw Yard

Responsibilities/Job Requirements
- Safely operate trucks, chassis, and intermodal containers.
- Drive route-specific deliveries within local or regional areas, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation laws, report defects and notify Maintenance Shop.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs for all shipments transported
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery times and resolve any issues promptly
- Follow all safety procedures related to manual transmission operation and specialized freight handling
- Compliant with Samsara - HOS, DVIR's, Roadside inspections, Driver Score and training videos when assigned.
- Maintain at least 90% on-time deliveries.
- Report and update paperwork for tractors and trailers.
Skills
- Proven at least 2 years minimum experience in truck driving with Class A CDL
- Familiarity with operating intermodal containers, van, reefer, or flatbed, etc.
- Strong understanding of load & unload procedures and route driving best practices- maintain 90% on-time delivery
- Ability to handle freight securely and efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations
- Good communication skills for coordinating deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Available to work in all weather conditions safely.
- Capable of using mobile phone / tablet and blue tooth for communication.
- Able to secure loads with either zip-ties, straps, tarps, liners, etc when needed.
