We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic Client Service Associate to join our growing team. As Client Service Associate, you will play a key role in shaping our client service experience by providing outstanding service and support to our clients. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth execution of client requests.

We are in the Denver Tech Center at Belleview and I25 and offer a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for clients, managing their accounts, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients by providing comprehensive account setup support.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external business partners (e.g., Schwab and Tamarac) to complete client tasks timely and accurately.
- Support alternative investment purchases, including preparing and tracking subscription documents, capital calls, and coordinating with fund sponsors and custodians.
- Generate reports, perform audits, and adhere to firm policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions.
- Follow and develop processes to enhance data integrity and the client experience.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, meeting preparation, and client event coordination.
Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services or wealth management, ideally client service experience working with Charles Schwab or Fidelity as custodians.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, account features, industry regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; financial software experience (Tamarac and Schwab Advisor Center) and CRM experience (Salesforce) a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment utilizing strong organizational skills.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
