About the Role
We are a well-established, fast-paced Internal Medicine practice seeking a professional, motivated, and customer service-driven Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our team. This position combines both clinical and front office responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional patient care.
We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping patients. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, eager to learn, and able to remain calm and efficient during busy clinic hours.
This Position RequiresMedical Experience
- Hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, or similar healthcare role
- Experience with patient intake, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical information
- Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is required
Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
This is a high-volume medical practice where multitasking is essential. You must be comfortable:
- Rooming patients and obtaining accurate vital signs
- Documenting patient information in the EMR
- Assisting providers with patient flow and clinical duties
- Answering and managing high-volume telephone calls
- Supporting front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and patient check-in/check-out
- Delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and a positive, patient-focused attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
